Founded in 1961 by Mr. Niels Rasmussen at the age of 60, ODIN Maskinfabrik has been growing during the last 50 years under the managements of the same family. In 1971, Niels´son, Gorm Rasmussen, took over the leadership of ODIN. In 2013, the 3rd generation , Mads S. Rasmussen,took over the daily management of ODIN.

ODIN Maskinfabrik A/S with his team of 45 employees, designs and manufactures special-purpose machines and also carry out a range of repair and installation assignments. They develop, manufacture, program, install and support special purpose machine for industry.

 With 3.580 m2 production premises, including a heated paint shop with an area of about 50 m2, machines are put together and tested in their assembly department.

ODIN Maskinfabrik A/S has its own design department, where all sorts of special-purpose machines are developed in accordance with customer requirements.

The department also drafts all the necessary documentation and approvals. State-of-the-art software is used for the design process.

This year ODIN has taken the decison of investing in a new and big Milling Machine from ZAYER. Being the CNC Moving column machine called KAIROS 8000 his choice.
