Diversification Project

ZAYER presents its diversification project to the authorities, a strategic initiative with a vision for
the future aimed at driving the company’s growth.

Indeed, as part of our Strategic Plan, we anticipate making a significant investment to be implemented over the next three years. The project includes various lines of action aimed at increasing our manufacturing, industrial, and technological capacity, so that we can target high-growth sectors and thereby open up new business opportunities.

Focus areas

• The project will be carried out over the next three years.
• It will involve expanding the facilities onto an adjacent plot of land measuring approximately 6,000 m².
• It includes the construction of a second loading dock, which will optimize logistics flows.
  
• The new facilities will be designed to expand our range of machines, especially
  for strategic sectors such as energy and aerospace. You can view the current range of

• On another note we will undertake the renovation of the main facade to improve operational efficiency and unify our corporate image.
• In line with our main objective, we will also modernize our production facilities by incorporating more efficient machinery and retrofitting existing equipment.

«Dibertsifika» program launching

On July 2, Industry Minister Mikel Jauregi took advantage of his visit to our facilities to announce the opening of a new call for grant applications. The Basque Government’s Dibertsifika program places special emphasis on the diversification of SMEs into sectors with high growth potential.

In ZAYER’s case, our project aligns perfectly with this initiative, as we are committed to developing solutions for strategic sectors such as aerospace and to promoting advanced industrial technologies, among other areas.

Support for SMEs

SMEs are the backbone of Basque industry. For this reason, the Basque Government’s industrial strategy makes strengthening them a priority, especially in a context marked by geopolitical and trade uncertainty.

With this goal in mind, the Dibertsifika program was launched—an initiative designed to support companies in developing new products, services, and markets, thereby facilitating their entry into high-growth sectors.
