Our New Office Space: Designed for Better

At ZAYER, continuous improvement goes beyond our machines and manufacturing processes—it also shapes the way we work.

With this in mind, we have created a new office environment that brings together our Engineering, Purchasing, Technical Service, and Applications teams. This new layout reflects a simple but important objective: bringing people closer together to encourage better communication, faster decision-making, and stronger collaboration across departments.

Working side by side makes it easier to share knowledge, solve challenges more efficiently, and improve coordination throughout every stage of a machine’s lifecycle—from engineering and design to manufacturing, commissioning, and customer support.

• Engineering develops technical solutions, ensures project feasibility, and
  leads initiatives in eco-design, technological innovation, and applications.
• Purchasing secures the supply of materials and components while working
  closely with both Engineering and Production.
• Technical Service brings valuable insights gained from installed machines
  and customer experience, helping drive continuous product improvement.
• Applications develops machining solutions that maximize machine
  performance and supports customers in implementing new manufacturing
  technologies.

By bringing these teams together in one shared workspace, we have created an environment where communication flows naturally, collaboration becomes more agile, and customer needs can be addressed more quickly and effectively.

A Workspace Built Around Collaboration

The new office layout also includes redesigned shared spaces, featuring new meeting and training rooms, more functional workstations, improved connections with the production area, and informal collaboration spaces that encourage teamwork and the exchange of ideas.

More than simply renovating an office, this project reflects a new way of working—more connected, more collaborative, and more customer-focused.

Investing in a Better Workplace
Brighter, More Comfortable Spaces

The renovation included the installation of new ceilings, a completely redesigned lighting system, and glazed partitions that allow natural light to flow throughout the office. These improvements have created a brighter, more comfortable, and more welcoming working environment.

New Flooring

We have also upgraded the office flooring with polished concrete in a light, neutral finish, creating a clean, modern look while improving the overall experience for employees and visitors alike.

Improved Facilities and Accessibility

Employee facilities have been fully refurbished, and circulation throughout the office has been enhanced with improved stairways, corridors, entrances, and access points.

A Stronger Connection with Manufacturing

New internal viewing areas overlooking the machine and headstock assembly shop have been incorporated into the office design, strengthening the connection between our engineering teams and the manufacturing process while highlighting every stage of ZAYER’s value chain.

Functional Improvements

Modern Workstations and Storage

Workstations have been upgraded with modern office furniture, storage capacity has been expanded, document archiving systems have been modernized, and storage solutions have been standardized across the office.

New Meeting and Training Facilities

The new office now includes four fully equipped meeting rooms and a spacious training room, providing flexible spaces for both planned meetings and spontaneous collaboration.

Spaces That Encourage Innovation

Beyond the workstations themselves, we have enhanced informal collaboration
areas, including the staff kitchen, the 3D printing area, and spaces dedicated to
monitoring our machine fleet through HORUS NX  and presenting technical layouts.

The renovation has been a significant undertaking, but we believe the result has
been well worth the investment. Our new office is more than a redesigned workspace—it is an investment in collaboration, innovation, and the way we work together to deliver greater value to our customers.
