New applications machining area.

ZAYER is committed to adapting to the market preparing a new space at the service of its customers, with 2 machines for machining test: moving column KAIROS 5000 and bridge type with moving beam TEBAS W 6000.

TEBAS W 6000

The TEBAS W 6000 with moving beam is the perfect machining center for medium and large components up to 20 t.

With 3,000 mm distance between columns, it offers a table with a length of 6,100 mm and a width of 2,200mm, with a cross travel of 3,750 mm and a ram travel of 1,500 mm which added to the 1,350 mm travel of the beam gives a maximum distance
between table-spindle nose of 1,680mm. The drives with rack and double motor and pinion allow a fast working feed of 50.000 m/min., perfect for working with any type of material.

This machine is equipped with two heads:

· 45º head high torque

· Direct outlet head with reduction.

With a power of 60 kW, that allow to face the most demanding machining.

The machine is provided with a head magazine with two positions. S

Without a doubt, a machine that offers great versatility and power, without waiving to the dynamics and precision of the most demanding.

KAIROS 5000 

The moving column KAIROS 5000 with two rotary tables is involved in the new area for the machining test area, completing the range of customer services.

It has a longitudinal travel of 5,200 mm and enables the machining in parallel in 2 stations thanks to its 2 rotary tables.

It offers independent access on each side of the table.

Each area has a tool magazine.

That’s why versatility and parallel work is total.

Thanks to the elevation of the table, the ergonomic for the operator is perfect.

In this way we facilitate customers participation in the
measurement, adjustment and verification of programs.

With these machines we cover multiple machining needs, so that our customers can test, until we find the solution that best suits each project. One more step in the ambitious challenge of improving our services and develop the customer experience in our facilities in Vitoria.
