Zayer will attend the SAMUMETAL Fair that will take place in Pordenone (Italy ) from 1 to 3 February .

Visit our booth 32, pab. 7 where you can see the 30º Zayer head.

It is a two CNC axis controlled head that can work in 5 axis machining both positioning and continuous.

The arrangement of the two axis allows to machine in negative angles up to 30º with regard to the movement of the ram.

MAXIMUM VERSATILITY IN ACTION

Higher accuracy: the rotation point is closer to the cutting tool tip allowing to achieve the desired position more accurately.
Higher rigidity: the angles of the front head and elbow distribute the cutting forces in an optimal way.
Greater accessibility to internal areas of the pieces. Allows the machining of internal corners without the head colliding with the sidewall.
